Accessibility Statement

Last updated: February 27, 2026

At Pan to Plate Recipes, I believe that cooking is for everyone—and that means my website should be accessible to everyone, too.

I am committed to making my recipes, tutorials, and content accessible to all individuals, regardless of ability or the technology they use. I am actively working to increase the accessibility and usability of my website by adhering to many of the available standards and guidelines.

My Commitment

My goal is to provide a positive, inclusive experience for all readers. I am continually taking steps to improve pantoplaterecipes.com to ensure it complies with the best practices and standards defined by the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA.

Some of the steps I take include:

  • Using descriptive alt text for recipe photos and instructional images so screen readers can describe them.
  • Ensuring clear color contrast between text and backgrounds for better readability.
  • Structuring recipes with clear, logical headings so they are easy to navigate.

It’s a Work in Progress

As a former chef running a food blog, I am constantly updating my content, testing new recipes, and adding new features. While I strive to adhere to the accepted guidelines and standards for accessibility and usability, it is not always possible to do so in all areas of the website right away.

Additionally, this site uses third-party plugins, video players, and advertising networks (such as Monumetric or Google). While I do my best to choose accessible partners, I do not have direct control over the code or accessibility compliance of these third-party elements.

Here to Help

If you have difficulty viewing or navigating the content on this website, or if you notice any content, feature, or functionality that you believe is not fully accessible to people with disabilities, please let me know!

I take your feedback seriously and will consider it as I evaluate ways to accommodate all of my readers and improve my overall accessibility policies.
